- Postcard shows a view looking west on Water Street toward Main Street. The L.B. Evans' Son Co. Shoe factory is on the left. The rear of the Miller Piano factory is visible on the right. The Evans factory building was sold in 1979 and the company phased out its operations. It has since been converted for office use.
