View of Trees and Water
-
A still color image looking out at trees and water with rocky ground.
-
This maybe the view from a 1910 memorial boulder placed to remember the missionaries from the theological school that travelled internationally. These students often strolled the woods nearby, now the bird sanctuary and this area around Rabbit Pond. The theological school had moved to Harvard University in 1908, but its history remains tightly bound to this campus.
