This interview includes the following topics: Marion Holden researched the history of the Evangelical Church by contacting former members. The church was organized sometime in the late 1880s or earl 1890s. The church was very active with its demise attributed to its strict tenets. The Evangelical Church disbanded between 1925 and 1926. In 1970 all Evangelical churches joined the Methodist Church. The Stoneham Methodist Church became St. James United Methodist Church.
