House on the corner Vinton and North High Street: Melrose, Mass.

House located on the corner of Vinton and North High Street is the Melrose private school run by Miss Snowden for children in kindergaten through grade six. View is of the southwest-side of the school house. This small one-story house with shutters surrounded by a fence no longer exists at this site.

The steeple of the First Congregational Church on 21 West Foster Street can be seen in the background.
